Jill
Knight
Jill
Knight just might be the most conspicously talented singer-songwriter-arranger-
producer you haven't heard of ...yet.
With a voice that crests and tumbles like a waterfall and a fearless
honesty burning through the core of her songs, Knight is as elemental
as the wind.
Many musicians can acheive a response from their audiences with
their technique, style or stage presence. Few though are able to
personify their music with their own personality. Those that can
create an emotional bond with their listeners. Jill Knight is that
kind of musician. Her 1999 release "Future Perfect", has
songs featured in the motion picture, "Stranger than Fiction",
and also on the Oxygen Network. Jill has shared stages with Shawn
Colvin, Richard Thompson, David Wilcox, Los Lobos, Toni Childs,
Phoebe Snow and many other such talented artists. |
Robin
Pearl
Robin Pearl's music is powered by her rich, bluesy voice, but she's
not a blues singer. She grooved to the rhythm and soul of Detroit
rock (Motown, Bob Seger) in her hometown of Midland, Michigan, but
she's no straight-ahead rocker either. And while she writes the
songs she sings straight from the heart. She explodes the stereotype
of terminally sincere singer-songwriters.

Mare
Lennon
When intelligent lyrics meet a truly unique musical style, the results
are powerful. A native of St. Paul, Minnesota, Mare Lennon grew
up surrounded by music. Taking varied influences of jazz, folk,
and rock, she has woven these colors along with life experiences
into songs that pocess imagination and heart.
Mare's voice is an instrument that could stand alone. Strong and
feminine, but not too pretty at times, her voice is reminiscent
of Nanci Griffith, Stevie Nicks, and Tracy Chapman.

Jane
Bolduc
Jane Bolduc's CD's are filled with great acoustical performances
as well as studio productions of her wonderfully written originals
as well as some of Jane's favorite covers. Jane has performed at
such event's and clubs as WESTERN BEAT, the world famous TROUBADOUR,
the PALOMINO and numerous other venues around Los Angeles. she's
even performed at Carnegie Hall!

Tim
Gales
When
one refers to an "unplugged" sound, one is reminded of
an artist searching inside himself to find his roots; an expression
of honest simplicity in an acoustical style. Tim Gales, an electrifying
singer and accomplished songwriter, discovered this truth when he
re-plugged into an unabashed, full-throttle acoustical pop style
with fist-waving rhythms and memorable, hook-filled choruses. His
journey of self-discovery, sometimes rocky but never without intense
reflections, is recorded in his brutally honest lyrics, but perhaps
even more so through his highly personal vocal rendering. Tim has
won many awards for his writing and had songs in feature films. |

Jamie
Dunlap
Jamie
Dunlap's CLEARWATER RECORDS release "Glass Guitar" is
a collection of smoothly produced works. Jamie Dunlap is a pop rock
singer-songwriter with a gracious grit vocal layered with slick
guitar work. His music has been used in many feature films and commercials.
Jamie writes amazing pop songs as well as a emotional soundtrack
music.
His work with his wife Molly Pasutti shows another talented side.
A collection of beautifully written, meditative works. |
